Axial Deviation Measurement:Similarly, use a dial indicator to measure the axial deviation. Adjust the shaft position until the axial deviation is less than the allowable range.
Calculation of Adjustment:Calculate the adjustment amount based on the measurement results. For example, if the radial deviation is 0.1mm and the axial deviation is 0.2mm, the shaft position needs to be adjusted, usually using shims or adjusting bolts.
