Double Disc Coupling

Our Double Disc Coupling uses two disc packs in series to provide greater misalignment compensation and higher torsional stiffness than single disc designs. This product uses two stainless steel disc packs that work together to absorb installation misalignment while maintaining high torque transmission accuracy. This makes the product especially suitable for servo drive systems requiring high positioning precision. The dual disc design helps the product maintain excellent transmission accuracy even with larger installation misalignment.

We had a compressor customer who kept having bearing failures due to shaft misalignment. A single disc coupling helped but didn't fully solve the problem.
